A new survey has ranked Dwight Cribb Personalberatung at number 29 of the Top 50 executive search firms in Europe, based on size as well as client and candidate reputation.

We are naturally delighted by this vote of confidence, coming just one week after WirtschaftsWoche named us one of the most important executive search firms in Germany in the Digital, Private Equity, and IT categories in December 2023.

This survey identifies over 3,700 companies and individuals in Europe (excluding the UK) offering executive search services, with fewer than 300 firms providing true retained executive search according to their strict definition. 16,300 individuals participated in the survey between June and October 2023.

As this study focused on firms headquartered in Europe (excluding the UK), four of the five SHREK firms (Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds, Egon Zehnder, and Korn Ferry) were not included, which, in fairness, makes the ranking incomplete.
