How did you get into executive recruitment?

My experience in international work environments, intercultural communication, and training intercultural consultants has consistently led me to executive recruitment. At Renovata & Cribb, I can apply my years of experience in research, data analysis, and AI while actively contributing to digital transformation processes. I am particularly drawn to the connection between people, technology, and strategic decision-making.

What do you love about your work?

I love supporting the rapid development of AI systems and data management in an equally dynamic and increasingly international environment such as executive recruitment. I am particularly motivated by bringing new technological approaches into practice together with a team and experiencing their actual impact directly. For me, it is less about individual role models than about mindsets: clarity, courage, and sense of responsibility.

Which digital innovation has changed the world in your view over the last 10 years?

In my view, artificial intelligence – particularly data-driven and generative AI – has changed the world most significantly over the last ten years. Not as a single invention, but as a cross-cutting technology that permeates virtually all industries and fundamentally influences decision-making processes. Many organizations are still at the beginning of leveraging the full potential of these technologies strategically and responsibly.

What is the next big thing in your view?

The next big thing is AI agents that go beyond analysis and increasingly act autonomously – from decision support to end-to-end process automation. Combined with industrial AI and robotics, this intelligence is being transferred into the physical world. This changes not only productivity, but also role models, leadership, and collaboration.
